Over 99% of the orders shipped from our facilities ship the same day they are ordered. We make every effort to stock the items we sell, however in some instances, we may be out of stock on a particular product. Should there be a substantial delay in shipping your product, you will be notified via email.
Please also understand that once a package leaves our facility, we place it in the hands of the carrier. The carrier will ultimately determine the transit times and all delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier. There may be circumstances in which a guaranteed delivery option may not be completed in time (ie: inclement weather conditions, no one home to sign for a package, etc.)
Also, please keep in mind when placing an order that UPS / FedEx do not deliver on weekends. The postal service does not deliver on Sundays either. When time in transit or delivery time is calculated, weekdays are used (ie: a Next Day Air order shipped on Friday would not arrive until Monday).
Once your package ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. Should you have any questions, you may choose to track your package online or call the carrier directly to obtain status of your package.
Standard (free) shipping is via ground services of CASPER'S choice. Typically, this is via USPS First Class Mail service. The time the Postal Service picks up packages varies day to day. Because of this, there may be a delay in shipping FROM our facility (ie: package is ready for pickup after the days' pickup has occurred). Please utilize guaranteed delivery services such as UPS AIR, FedEx Express in order to receive your package on expected delivery days.
At it's SOLE DISCRETION, CASPER'S ELECTRONICS may choose to ship your package through a different carrier. This is due to some shipping methods having limited package insurance options, extra-ordinary area surcharges, or lack of service for a specific delivery address. Typically, any packages valued over $500.00 are shipped via UPS insured, which will be added on to the shipping charges assessed to the customer.
